TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BASKETHOUSE CAMP GENEVA

1. Registration Registration is confirmed only after the selected camp is validated and full payment of fees is received. Baskethouse Camp reserves the right to cancel the registration of any participant who fails to meet the payment deadlines indicated by email, in order to free up the spot for other participants.

2. Pricing Unless there is an obvious error, the applicable prices are those displayed on the official website at the time of registration. Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

3. Cancellation and Refunds All cancellations must be notified by email, with the date of receipt serving as proof. Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:

  • More than 60 days before the start of the camp: A handling fee of CHF 75.– will be retained.

  • Between 59 and 31 days before the start of the camp: 25% of the total amount will be retained.

  • Between 30 and 15 days before the start of the camp: 50% of the total amount will be retained.

  • Between 14 and 1 days before the start of the camp: 75% of the total amount will be retained.

  • From the first day of the camp: No refund is possible.

Special Case (Medical certificate presented before the start of the camp): Two options are available:

  1. A refund with a single handling fee deduction of CHF 75.–.

  2. The issuance of a non-refundable credit note for the full amount paid, free of charge.

4. Insurance The organizers decline all responsibility in the event of accident, illness, or theft. Each participant is required to be covered by their own mandatory personal insurance:

  • Health and accident insurance (LAmal/Swiss Health Insurance Act).

  • Private personal liability insurance (RC).

5. Image Rights (Authorization for Communication and Publicity) By accepting these terms and conditions, the participant (or their legal representative for minors) expressly authorizes Baskethouse Camp to capture, reproduce, and distribute photographs and/or videos taken during camp activities. These images may be used exclusively for the promotion and communication of the camp (website, official social media, brochures, activity reports). This authorization is granted free of charge, worldwide. The participant retains the right to request the removal of a specific image upon simple written request to the organization.

6. Code of Conduct The participant agrees to:

  • Respect partners, coaches, and any person involved during the camp.

  • Respect the premises, equipment, and environment during all travel and activities.

  • Strictly refrain from consuming drugs, alcohol, or tobacco. Theft, in any form, is strictly prohibited.

In the event of behavior that disrupts the smooth running of the stay or non-compliance with safety rules, the management reserves the right to exclude the participant immediately. Parents will be informed, and no refund will be issued. Any costs associated with an early return are the exclusive responsibility of the participant.

7. Obligations of the Legal Guardian By validating the registration, you confirm that:

  • The information regarding insurance (health, accident, liability) is accurate.

  • The health form has been filled out accurately. Baskethouse Camp declines all responsibility in the event of false or incomplete information.
