TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BASKETHOUSE CAMP (ABROAD)

1. Registration Registration is final only after the camp is validated, all requested documents are provided, and full payment for the stay is received. To ensure availability for all, Baskethouse Camp reserves the right to cancel the registration of any participant who fails to meet the payment deadlines indicated by email.

2. Travel Documents and Formalities The participant is solely responsible for the validity of their travel documents:

  • Identity: A valid ID card or passport according to the requirements of the destination country.

  • Visas and Authorizations: Obtaining necessary visas and, for minors, parental authorizations for international travel or exit permits.

  • Health: Compliance with health and vaccination standards in effect in the visited countries.

  • Guarantee: A credit card may be requested as a guarantee (e.g., hotel deposit). Baskethouse Camp declines all responsibility and will not issue any refund in the event of boarding refusal by an airline or entry refusal by border authorities. Any additional return costs will be fully charged to the participant.

3. Pricing Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The binding price for the contract is the one displayed on the website at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Withdrawal All cancellations must be notified by email, with the date of receipt serving as proof. Due to firm commitments made to international carriers and service providers, the following retention fees apply:

  • More than 60 days before departure: CHF 250.– retained.

  • Between 59 and 31 days before departure: CHF 400.– retained.

  • Between 30 and 15 days before departure: CHF 600.– retained.

  • Between 14 and 1 day before departure: CHF 800.– retained.

  • From the first day of the camp: No refund is possible.

Transfer of Registration: If a waiting list exists, transferring a registration to a third party is possible for a CHF 100.– administrative fee, in addition to any costs related to name changes on flight tickets.

Medical Certificate Case (before the camp): The following will be retained: non-refundable flight and hotel costs already incurred, plus a CHF 75.– handling fee.

5. Insurance The organizers decline all responsibility in the event of accident, illness, or theft. Each participant is required to be personally insured (health, accident, personal liability). Insurance must imperatively cover the participant in the countries visited (international coverage).

6. Image Rights (Communication and Publicity) By accepting these terms, the participant (or their legal representative) expressly authorizes Baskethouse Camp to capture, reproduce, and distribute their image (photos, videos) for camp promotion. This authorization applies to official media (website, social networks, advertising brochures) and is granted free of charge worldwide. The participant may request the removal of a specific image upon simple written request.

7. Code of Conduct The player agrees to respect coaches, partners, and stakeholders, as well as the premises and equipment during travel. The consumption of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco, and theft are strictly prohibited. In the event of behavior disrupting the stay or non-compliance with safety rules, management reserves the right to terminate the participant's stay without refund. Early return costs are the exclusive responsibility of the participant.

8. Data Responsibility By validating the registration, you confirm the accuracy of the insurance information and the health form. The camp declines all responsibility if the data provided proves to be false or incomplete.
